Internet access 'equivalent to schooling', EU Parliament says

A report adopted today by the EU Parliament (481 for, 252 against) states that having access to the Internet is "equivalent to ensuring that all citizens have access to schooling", and that this access should not be denied by governments or private companies. This is yet another refusal of the three-strikes policy. The fight goes on!
